How it works

From “I should sort my website” to live, in about three weeks.

Here’s exactly what happens, step by step. No jargon, no guessing what comes next.

Step by step

The six steps

  1. 1

    You sign up ($99 today)

You start in the portal. Pay the first $99 — that covers the build — and you're in. No contract to sign, no sales call to sit through unless you want one.

  2. 2

    Tell us about your business

Work through a short brief at your own pace, or book a 30-minute strategy call and talk it through. Either way, tell us your ideas, not your designs — what you do, who you do it for, what makes you worth calling. The design is our job.

  3. 3

    We build it

We design your site and write the copy. You get a branded preview link so you can watch it come together. Typical build time is about three weeks.

  4. 4

    You review and approve

When it's ready, we send you the preview. You approve it or ask for changes — we'll revise it. Nothing goes live until you're happy with it.

  5. 5

    We launch it

We put it live, point your domain at it, and submit it to Google for indexing. Your subscription starts on this day — the day you've actually got a working site.

  6. 6

    We keep it tidy

From here you barely think about it. Email us when something changes — new hours, a new service, a fresh photo — and we'll update it within 48 business hours. Every three years, we redesign the whole thing on us.

Your part is small

What we need from you

All we really need is a sense of your business and a few assets if you have them — a logo, some photos, your contact details and hours. No logo? We’ll work with type and colour. No photos? We’ll source reasonable stock. The wizard walks you through it, and you can come back to it whenever suits — between jobs, after hours, on the couch.
