Plain English summary. These terms cover use of our marketing website at tidysite.com.au. They are different from the Subscription Terms you agree to when you become a Tidysite customer. By browsing this site you accept these terms. They are short on purpose.

1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Dropwire Digital Pty Ltd (ACN 622 001 343 | ABN 52 622 001 343) trading as Tidysite ("we", "us", "our"). By using tidysite.com.au and any subdomain we operate, you agree to these terms.

If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. The information on this site

We do our best to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date — pricing, scope, examples, FAQs. But websites move. We don't guarantee that everything on the site is current at every moment.

If you're about to make a buying decision based on something you read here, the Subscription Terms at the moment of purchase are what govern the deal — not anything else on the marketing site.

3. What you can and can't do here

You can read the site, share links to it, and contact us through it. You can also screenshot pages and forward them — we'd appreciate it.

You can't:

Try to access parts of the site you're not meant to (admin areas, unpublished pages);
Run automated scrapers, bots, or other tools that load pages at a rate that would burden the site or harvest content for re-publication;
Use the site to send us spam, malware, or anything illegal;
Reproduce our written content (blog posts, FAQ answers, marketing copy) on another website without crediting us with a visible link back. Quoting a sentence or two with attribution is fine — copy/pasting a whole article is not.

4. Intellectual property

The Tidysite name, logo, marketing copy, and design of this website are owned by Dropwire Digital Pty Ltd. You don't get a licence to use them just by visiting the site.

Customer-supplied logos and content shown in our case studies and examples are owned by the relevant customer. We use them with permission.

5. Linking to and from the site

You can link to our homepage or any public page. Don't frame the site, don't pass it off as your own, and don't link in a way that suggests we endorse you or your service.

We sometimes link out to other websites — Stripe, IP Australia, the OAIC, and so on. We're not responsible for what's on those sites; we link them because they're useful.

6. No warranty on the site itself

We provide this website "as is". We aim for it to be available and accurate, but we don't warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

This clause does not exclude any consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and that cannot be excluded by agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you arising from your use of this website is limited to AUD $100. Where the Australian Consumer Law or the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act applies and the relevant guarantees cannot be excluded, our liability is limited (where the law allows) to re-supplying the affected information or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change is taken as acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. The courts of that jurisdiction (and the federal courts sitting in it) will hear any dispute about them.
