What’s not in the $99
We’d rather tell you up front than have you find out later.
- Big content jobs.The included updates cover reasonable changes — about 30 minutes a month on average. A full new page, a booking system, or an online shop is a bigger piece of work, and we’ll quote it separately before doing anything.
- Paid ads and SEO campaigns. We set your site up properly for Google, but ongoing ad spend or an active SEO campaign is a separate service.
- Stock or photography.We’ll use what you’ve got and source reasonable stock imagery. A professional photo shoot is yours to arrange.
No surprises on the invoice. If something falls outside the $99, you hear about it before it happens.
“Updates included” — what that actually means
Reasonable content updates are included: change your hours, swap a photo, update your services, fix a typo, add a testimonial. On average that’s about 30 minutes of our time a month. Quiet months bank a bit of goodwill for the busier ones. We’re not counting minutes with a stopwatch — fair use just means it stays sustainable for both of us. If a request is genuinely a bigger build, we’ll say so and quote it first.

No add-on is required, and nothing is bundled in without you choosing it. Recurring add-ons can be removed any time — no contract on those either.
Before you ask
Is the price really $99 forever?
It’s $99 a month for as long as you’re subscribed. If we do for some unforeseen reason need to change the price we’ll give you at least 180 days notice.
Any setup fee or contract?
No setup fee. No contract. The first $99 covers the build; cancel any time after.
What happens if I cancel?
